Q:How much does it cost?
A: Nothing, it's free to all Enter.Net subscribers.

Q: Can my family register for a free e-mail address?
A: Yes, you may register up to 25 free e-mail addresses as long as they are part of your household. Requires an existing Enter.Net Dial-Up, DSL, or Web Hosting account in good standing.

Q: Why did Enter.Net start another free e-mail service when there are already so many?
A: We wanted to give Enter.Net users a fast, exclusive and reliable e-mail service with the option of adding additional emails to your e-mail program without having to go outside the service.

Q: How much space do I get with my EnterMail.Net account?
A: You are allowed to store 10Mb of mail on the server.

Q: Can I use my own mail PROGRAM such as Outlook Express or Pegasus with this service?

Q: I am a computer novice and don't understand how to set up Entermail.net. Is there any help for people like me?

Q: How long does it take for my account to become active?
A: At most 10 minutes.

Q: Can I transfer my current addressbook into entermail.net?
A: Outlook Express 5 and Netscape Mail can export their address books in a format known as CSV, or Comma Separated Values. Click here for directions.

Q: Can I access my mail when I am out of town?
A: Yes, you can use this service anywhere with an Internet connection.

Q: I have a domain hosted through Enter.Net. Can I set-up aliases to go to my entermail.net accounts?
