This service is provided for the benefit of Enter.Net
subscribers in good standing and, as such, certain
guidelines to protect the integrity of Enter.Net, Inc.
must be followed. Any breach of the terms of use of
this service will result in the immediate suspension
of all e-mail accounts on this system registered to
the Enter.Net user's main account. Enter.Net, Inc.
is not responsible for lost e-mail resulting from the
deletion of mail from any account terminated due
to misconduct and violation of the rules for
acceptable use described herein, or for any other
reason.
ANONYMOUS E-MAIL. This is not an
anonymous e-mail service. You may not use this
service with the intent to mislead Internet users
about your real identity, or to create a false identity.
If you require an anonymous e-mail service, you
should search the Internet for services which
provide for anonymous e-mail. However, please
bear in mind that using your Enter.Net account
with an anonymous e-mail service with the intent
to defraud or otherwise harm users on the Internet
is a violation of Enter.Net policy and could result in
the suspension of your main Enter.Net account.
SPAMMING. Enter.Net, through it's main e-mail
system or this alternate e-mail system, does not
allow "spamming," i.e., the sending of unsolicited
e-mail messages, commercial or otherwise, in any
number. "Junk" e-mail, chain letters, duplicative
and unsolicited e-mail, as an example, would be
considered spamming, but are not the only criteria
for defining 'spam'.
GENERAL CONDUCT. This service is for
individuals. Commercial use of this service is
prohibited. You may not use this service for any
unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for all
behavior which may occur under your e-mail
address and password on this system.
In the event of any legal actions arising from your
willfull misuse of this system you agree to
indemnify and hold Enter.Net harmless against any
and all claims due to such willfull misconduct.
Furthermore, in the event of any legal action
brought against Enter.Net as a result of your misuse
of this e-mail system, you agree to be responsible
for any and all attorney's fees incurred by
Enter.Net.
Requires an existing Enter.Net Dial-Up, DSL, or Web
Hosting account in good standing.
